Mytigate GmbH has been formally awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification by DEKRA Certification GmbH for its provision of regulatory technology solutions (SaaS) and services for the pharmaceutical industry and logistics providers. The auditing process was conducted in June 2021 at Mytigate’s office in the House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is an international standard for the quality management system (QMS) of any organization, irrespective of its areas of activity. The major principles of any QMS according to this standard are customer focus, engagement of people, the process approach, evidence-based decision making, relationship management, and continuous improvement. These standards have reinforced the significance of understanding our customers’ requirements and exceeding their expectations in every aspect.
